Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed only after we call or message you back.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
• Bridal and event bookings may require an advance to secure the date.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Advance payments for bridal bookings are subject to the terms shared at the time of booking.
